This listing includes BOTH joysticks on ONE controller. For multiple controllers, you'll need to increase the quantity on the purchase. Step 2: After payment I'll send you the shipping address to send me your PS4 Dualshock controller. Use whatever shipping service you like and message me the tracking number. The shipping cost on this listing covers your return shipping only. Step 3: I will remove your old potentiometer joysticks and install hall effect joysticks and send it back to the address you provide. Most situations will be one business day turn around. Hall effect sensors use magnets, so your controller will be as close to permanent fix as you can get , unless it is damaged by some other issue. NOT ALL CONTROLLERS CAN BE FIXED. If your controller is damaged beyond repair, I will refund your cost minus shipping fees and send your old controller back to you. What sets me apart from other sellers offering this service? I actually don't care if you've attempted your own repairs. I support DIY. If it's damaged, I'll tell you if it's beyond repair. If I can fix it, I will provide you with some economical options.
