Both of which can be replaced, unless you actually damaged your controller. This listing is for the install of: x2 New Hall Effect Joystick Modules Notes: Please see the last picture to see the difference between hall effect and wiper potentiometer. Hall effects potentiometer use magnets, no contact they can't wear out. Wiper potentiometers use, well a wiper, they can wear out as they have to make contact. Yes , I can change the modules in your already modded controller. However , if anything happens to the mod I don't have spare parts to fix it. Information regarding shell changes. I have shells for PS5/PS4 controllers too. However all non-service listings I have to ship within 1 business day. When I get your controller, then you can order the shell(s) you want and I'll ship everything back the next business day. I'll use the shipping fee as the install fee for the shells.
